Da allora, <strong>Mar\u00eda Paula<\/strong> ha dedicato innumerevoli ore allo studio e alla pratica dell'Hatha Yoga e del Vinyasa Yoga. Primo in Argentina. Poi, in Europa si \u00e8 formata in Yoga Terapeutico, Yoga Ormonale per la salute della donna metodo Dinah Rodrigues, Yoga per bambini metodo Balyayoga e Yoga Educativo <em>(dove vive da pi\u00f9 di un decennio) <\/em>e in India dove \u00e8 stata diverse volte a praticare Ashtanga e Hatha Yoga.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><span>Sono 10 anni che pratica e insegna <strong>Shiva Flow<\/strong>, si \u00e8 formata e continua formarsi con Silvia Romani la creatore di questo meraviglioso stile di yoga. Insieme a Roberta porta avanti la Formazione di Shiva Flow Junior in Italia e per conto suo la Formazione Shiva Flow adulti in Italiano e spagnolo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><span>Con lo <strong>Yin Yoga<\/strong> \u00e8 stato un altro grande amore.\u00a0 Segue la scuola di Paul Gilley, si \u00e8 formata con Arhanta Yoga dove ha fatto assisteza alla formazione e volontariato per 2\/ 3 anni. Ha seguito anche la Formazione online di Paul Gilley e corsi con Bernie Clark. Continua a formarsi con Arely Torres.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Mar\u00eda Paula<\/strong> viene dal mondo del arte, del movimento e l'architettura, per anni ha dipinto e giocato con lo spazio e il corpo, ha viaggiato con il suo arte fino che ha deciso dedicarsi allo Yoga.\u00a0 Il suo modo di insegnare yoga \u00e8 ibrido come lo \u00e8 lei. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: inherit;\">Attualmente insegna lezioni frontali e online di <strong>Hatha Flow Yoga, Shiva Flow e Yin Yoga<\/strong>. Coordina inoltre <strong>Ritiri<\/strong> <strong>in Toscana e Dolomiti<\/strong>.
